Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration from USAL, Professional Ontological Life Coach certified by Fundación Protagonista de Cambio, Organizational Coach with training from Fred Koffman, Postgraduate in Talent Management from IAE, and Certified Public Graphologist from Emerson.
Experience
I currently provide consulting to companies on Human Resources-related topics and facilitate various workshops in organizations throughout Latin America. I specialized in Human Resources for over 20 years in the Oil & Gas sector, providing services in training, talent development, retention policies, and communication, among others. I also coordinated and promoted different projects at the LATAM level related to D&I and CSR. In parallel, I have a consulting firm specialized in personnel selection and payroll.
Virginia Labougle
Education
Economics degree with honors from Universidad Católica Argentina. Postgraduate in Happiness Management and Organizational Well-being from Universidad de Nebrija, Spain. Certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the University of California. Professional Ontological Life Coach certified by Fundación Protagonista de Cambio and Business Coach, with ICF certification.
Experience
I currently facilitate various workshops in organizations throughout Latin America and am an assistant professor in the Executive MBA at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Negotiation and Communication. I worked at JP Morgan's money desk and then at Banco Galicia in Investment Banking, actively participating in the financing process of different national and international company projects. I was an advisor to Senator Esteban Bullrich, serving as national coordinator of the political leadership school and training different politicians throughout the country in communication and leadership.
